Shipping
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 12 pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from Boston. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Online shipping options:
- USPS/UPS Ground Shipping (4-7 days): $12.50 flat rate; FREE for orders over $75
- UPS Expedited Shipping (2 days): (Orders must be placed by 12pm EST) to go out the same day.
- International shipping: Not offered at this time
Return policy
You may return or exchange any full price item for a complete refund, less the cost of return shipping costs for online orders within 10 days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with all hang tags still attached. All items must be accompanied by a receipt.
