Shipping

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5 AM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fall River, MA. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Online shipping options:

  • USPS/FedEx/UPS Ground Shipping (4-7 days): $6.00 flat rate; FREE for orders over $100
  • UPS Expedited Shipping (Next Day and 2nd Day) Orders must be placed by 5 AM EST) to go out the same day.
  • International shipping: Not offered at this time.

Exchanges

We are more than happy to process exchanges through customer service  and will send exchanges out upon receipt of the return. Please contact contact@peterbeaton.com to initiate an exchange. Please let us know what you would like to exchange it for, and we will email you a return label.   Unfortunately, we cannot initiate the exchange until we receive the original return.  To avoid the restocking charge, please do not purchase the replacement.  We will send the replacement upon receipt of the original hat.

Returns

Items purchased at full price have a 14 day return window. Customers may request that we provide a return label; return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, along with a $10 restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hang tags, in original packaging. Please also include the packing slip that was included with your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@peterbeaton.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including items listed as "Final Sale," or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
